MPC was awarded 20th & Chestnut in Denver by Greystar. 20th & Chestnut is a 314 Unit luxury mixed use community. There will be 2 stories of underground parking along with the 4 store multifamily style units. Project start date is 4/18/13.

April 16th, 2013
MPC was awarded the Gardens on Havana project by Post Investment Group. This is a 227 unit garden style apartment complex set to start on 5/10/13.

December 6th, 2012
MPC was awarded the 2785 Speer project in Denver by Allied Realty. 2785 Speer is a 323 unit Mixed Use Apartment Community with Retail along Speer Blvd and underground parking. Start date of this project is March 2013.
