As President of Martines Palmeiro Construction LLC, Mike brings more than 26 years of construction industry experience to MPC. His hands-on project management approach begins during the predevelopment phase and carries through construction operations and closeout. By placing a strong emphasis on accurate pricing from schematic design through construction documentation, Mike is able to effectively manage client expectations and schedules. His experience spans verticals from multi-family, to retail, to office and includes wood-frame, steel and concrete structures.
Mike holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) and is registered as a Class A General Contractor with the International Code Council (ICC).
As Vice President of Martines Palmeiro Construction LLC, Cory manages all multi-family construction activities, including preconstruction, estimating, operations, personnel, client relations and cost management. With over 17years of experience in the construction industry, Cory has successfully managed over 8,000 units of apartments and student housing. The projects have been of various size and style, ranging from garden complexes, to student housing, to high-density mixed-use buildings.
Cory’s success in the A/E/C industry is defined by his devotion to building and maintaining solid client relationships through open communication, accurate budgeting and cost projection, and detailed scheduling.
Cory holds a Bachelor's degree in Business / Commerce from Stephen F. Austin State University.
As Vice President of Finance of Martines Palmeiro Construction LLC, Tony provides leadership and coordination of the finance and administration of MPC. This includes budgeting and strategic planning, ensuring accurate financial reporting, cash management, and monitoring a comprehensive set of controls and procedures designed to mitigate risk. He represents MPC to government agencies, various audits, banks, and third-party consultants.
Tony also works closely with project management teams and MPC’s accounting staff to implement the most current technology available to our industry. This includes embracing mobile technology, paperless systems, and construction payment management. He focuses on building strong relationships with industry experts, in both development and subcontracting entities, through continuous communication and consistently striving to exceed expectations.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Michigan University.
Dennis has been in the metro Denver area for the past 40 years and has seen many changes in the construction industry. He is very involved in the preconstruction phase of a development through the design team coordination and, ultimately, through the completion of the project. “The biggest changes I’ve seen are in the scheduling and project management systems that are now in use.”
Dennis has played a key role in MPC’s growth over the last several years and has lead the implementation of systems for improved scheduling, tracking, and measuring progress.
Joe Pavicic has nearly 30 years of construction experience including with mixed-use, multi-family, resorts, and hospitality. He has completed high-rise projects up to 110 stories along with life style centers valued at $420 million. His projects have also achieved LEED Silver and LEED Gold certification.
Joe oversees the overall construction operations from developer and design team interaction from initial estimate to project completion, overseeing budgets, schedules and field team.
Joe has a Master’s degree in Construction Management along with being a LEED Accredited Professional. Joe holds a contractor's license in Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina and Tennessee.
Bin Lu has significant experience with multi-family, hospitality and office construction. Bin has been involved in several notable projects in Colorado, such as Ritz-Carlton at Vail, One Ski Hill Place at Breckenridge, Denver Housing Authority Headquarters Office, Vance Kirkland Museum, Mile High United Way Headquarters and 1890 Wynkoop.
Bin Lu has been in architectural design/planning, construction and real estate development for over 19 years.
Bin holds an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Tongji University in Shanghai and a master’s degree in construction project management from Arizona State University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and Downtown Denver Partnership Transportation and Development Council. He is a current class member of 2016 Downtown Denver Leadership Program. He is passionate about Denver development and local policy.
Sarah has nearly 15 years of experience in human resources and marketing. Sarah is responsible for managing one of MPC's most important assets - its people.
Sarah coordinates the sourcing and onboarding of new employees as well as benefits administration. Additionally, Sarah leads the marketing initiatives across the company including community engagement, events, digital and traditional marketing.
