As your construction partner, we will thoroughly evaluate system types, explore value engineering options, perform constructability reviews and vet subcontractors to fully understand cost impacts. Our “open book” budgeting approach and collaborative design review process ensure full team alignment and preservation of the design intent. Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) will be established using our deep network of qualified bidders and welcome owner participation in final subcontractor selection.

Our comprehensive quality control plan is dictated by procedures established to mitigate potential issues that may negatively affect our clients’ use and maintenance of their finished project. MPC’s plan is monitored by third-party inspection specialists who work with our team on site to inspect, document, notify and rectify any deficiencies. Upon closeout, MPC provides each client with complete documentation detailing construction history and demonstrating that work was completed in compliance with the construction documents.
